View Full Version : Nitrous Refill Station Map
Ok well we've been working on this for a little while, and there are still a lot of things that need to be worked out and added and tweeked around a bit. It's a work in progress, and it has come far enough along to get some input and feedback on it.
Right now it is set up so that red markers are Refill stations, and green markers are 1/4 mile tracks. Should a 1/8 mile track be added?
There are options to add many different colored markers for different events, so please feel free to make some suggestions as to what else should be added.

Looks good, seems to work okay, I am amazed at how detailed the map is when you zoom in.
I will send you a pm as I run a filling station.

I have successfully tested it on a few different machines, both using FireFox and Internet Explorer. I used a PC yesterday that may have had an older version of IE, and the map didn't work. Please let me know if you're having problems viewing the map. If you're on a Mac, please let me know if you can successfully view it.
In case you're unfamiliar with how it works, I will be posting a step by step tutorial on how it is used later this evening.

Yeah sure PM me or you can post in the "known filling stations" forum. I'm working my way through that adding the filling stations in there.

nice find. Zillow.com is geared towards real estate tho.
The one feature I do like is the fact that you can search a zip code to see what's for sale.
I'd like to do something similar on a future version of the refill station map, where you can search city/state/zip for refill stations around your area.
It can be done...This is just the first version and I want to make sure it's user friendly enough and works well before diving in too deep.
