How often do you get to the strip to run your cars, and how far do you have to travel.
In the UK we have to main tracks Santa Pod (76 miles from me) and Shakesphere Raceway (115 miles from me), there is another track up in York but that track is not too good.
Last year I managed to run the car 7 times:) , this year I have only got out twice so far but should be out again in 3 weeks.

Our closest track is Bandimere speedway in Morrison Colorado, about an hour and 1/2 from Evans (where I live). The Colorado State Patrol holds "Take it to the track" test and tune sessions every Wednesday here so I attend those as often as possible, you get about 8-9 runs in for $30. I also try and attend one or two of the Ford specific bracket racing days held every year. On average I probably get in about 6-7 trips a year.

Well I am out on the 19th & 20th of this month at Santa Pod, should get plenty of track time as the event is for trucks (Large) and only 11 are running. So we (Street Racers Series) have been invited to come along and use the track. If the weather holds should be a good weekend, better take a couple of spare bottles:D

Woodburn is about an hour from me and they don't even have a T&T every week. The season is over here in October.

Only been to one round in the UK streetracer series this year at the mopar nationals at santa pod raceway which is about 120 miles from where i live. I would like to get to the track a lot more often but im having to use the transporter from work now when i can get hold of it. only got to the track 3 times last year. Used to drive to the track in my car about 7 or 8 times a year but im runing a 4000 stall converter now and i think i fry the trans if i tried that now.

closest track to me is about 115 miles away from my house, and i don't have a tow rig. i'm not too keen on racing it, breaking it, and having to pay the towing bill on top of it all.
