i dont know if i told u this in my other post but i had bought my mustang from my uncle, but it has been sitting outside for 4 years, it has 185,000, but did have the tranny replaced b4 it began to sit. We jumped it and it runs, i only replaced air filter , and did a oil change but that is it. i want to run N2O, but from there i dont know which to get, i want to go dry bc of its easy install, but i dont know what condition my EFI system is, but i wouldnt mind getting wet because it taps into the fuel lines. is a wet really harder to install than a dry? i live in Pennsylvania, and we have pretty high standards for state inspection, if i had a N20 system in the car (disconnected and bottle taken out of course) would it pass? , i read the state law and it says u can have it in ur car it just has to be disconnected from the bottle. what system should i get wet or dry
-thanks

I can't say I know anything about PA emissions law, but I would runa wet kit if your gonna juice it. Just my .02 I'm sure you'll get a mixed bag on the wet/dry debate. Either way good luck with it.

Generally, people go with wet since it's "safer". Since you car's been sitting for a while, I'd do more maintenance to it before you throw the kit on. It's not really much harder to install a wet kit than it is a dry kit, IMO. Just mainly have to figure out where and how to mount the nozzle, everything else is fairly easy. Get a FP gauge and make sure your fuel pump and such are running properly before you put either kit on. Plugs would be good too (1 step colder than stock). As for inspection, as long as the bottle's not hooked up or turned on you should be fine.

I would go with a dry kit they can support plenty of power on that engine plus the 5.0 never liked having fuel put through it. You will find different views on this subject so instead of trying to out line them all here again I'll just link the last thread where this came up.
