Hi all. My name is Ken and I live on the CA central coast. I recently (Oct 06) purchased a 1971 Nova after being away from hot cars for quite a while (well, not counting my 99 C5). It’s got a mild, low compression 355 SBC, TH350 a 4.10 rear end. The car has run a best ¼ mile at Famoso Raceway (Bakersfield, CA) of 13.44 @ 101.6 mph NA and 11.41 @ 118.5 mph on nitrous. Problem I have now is that I’m running too fast; I don’t have a roll cage yet (summer project). That was my first experience running N2O, and I was running a 10.7 AFR and the plugs looked like I could add some timing back in, so I’m pretty close to running 10’s, once I get my cage in.
Welcome to the site!! Post some pics.

hello from the northeast!! sound's like a pretty cool ride, while it's down for the roll bar you may want to think about a new converter, one that can handle the NO2, it's hard on the stator!!, good luck and again welcome aboard it's an interesting site!!
