Crankshaft Weight

I have a 388 SBC with all forged rotating assembley. The crank weighs 44 lbs. Just wondering how well it would hold up to 150- 250 shot?

it should hold up great at those level's, I sprayed 200 for 2 year's every week end at least 6 run's a day on a elgin cast steel 383 crank with NO problem's , the motor had 1038 forged 5.7 "pink" rod's SRP 13:1 forged piston's W/plasam moly ring's, the only thing I changed where the pin's! (bent them all) put in h18 tooled steel pin's and solved that problem!! just keep an eye on the timing and don't ring it you should have NO problem's with that arm.
