Just signed up, i'm totally new to nitrous so I thought i'd say hi and ask a newbie question.

I just picked up a Nitrous works throttle body plate kit off of e-bay, the ad said 'missing jets', but I think its missing more than just jets.
I know for sure its missing the extended bolts for the TB, and the thing that connects the main feed line to the bottle (don't know what its called, bottle nut??).

My main question concerns how to install the jets, I know they go in the fittings on the TB plate, but they only fit with the tapered/bowl end facing away from the TB plate? is this right?.
To me they seem the wrong way round?, I would've thought the tapered/bowl end of the jet would point in the same direction as the flow, instead of against it?.

Anyway, here's what I got:

Yes, Put the tapered/bowl end against the flared end of the metal tubing. See how it fits nicely around the jet?? Then the sleeve slides over it making it seal when you tighten it down. Doesn't work real well when you turn the jet around plus like you said it doesn't fit in the TB that way.

that looks like a complete basic kit, not sure about the longer TB studs though... it does look thin enough, you might be able to just bolt it on. you have a good starting point for doing nitrous! good luck.

hey sara, just realized you signed up here. i explained to her the jetting directions today, when she picked up some stuff from me to complete the set.

longer bolts for the TB, you can pick up from home depot. just got to call nitrous works to see if they can send you a throttle cable extension bracket.
