Trailblazer SS on 100 shot HSW plate kit

I finally got to the dyno with the nitrous and a little perplexed by the numbers. I picked up 68 rwhp and 181 lb/ft. I know the torque is a bit of a spkie but I was expecting to pick up a bit more HP. Anyone seen something like this before? It is a Nitrous Outlet wet system with a HSW plate. I am running a .52 nitrous jet and a .28 fuel jet
