answers from the manufacturers:

The number of passes from a 10lb bottle is directly related to the jetting used in the kit. The smaller the jetting the more passes you can get and the larger the jetting the less passes you will get. The best way to determine how many passes you will get is to weigh the bottle before a pass and then weigh it again after the pass. After you determine how many pounds you used on a pass, divide that into 10 and subtract 3. This should give you the most accurate number of passes.

That depends on the level of power being produced. The formula for calculating your nitrous usage is: 0.8 lbs N2O X 10 seconds = 100 horsepower. I.E. If your system is jetted for 100 horsepower it will use 0.8 lbs of nitrous for every 10 seconds of usage.

This largely depends on the type of nitrous kit and jetting used. For example, a 75 HP Power Shot kit with a standard 10 lb. capacity bottle will usually offer up to 15 to 18 full quarter-mile passes. For power levels of 125 HP, 7 to 10 full quarter-mile passes may be expected. If nitrous is only used in 2nd and 3rd gears, the number of runs will be more.

On the 75hp setting, a 10 lb. bottle will last around 10 quarter mile runs. On the 125hp setting the bottle will last around 6 runs.
