Just ordered my first plate kit - nos cheater

So I have been researching a little bit on plate systems and reading through different threads on this forum and my s10 forum. Amazon had a couple brand new nos cheater kits for around 290.00$ so I snatched one up and was wondering what else I need to have a safe setup? My build sheet is on the bottom of my posts. I already have a Holley blue pump with regulator and a Holley 3310 . I also picked up a spare blue pump from a swap meet. The motor currently has a performer rpm air gap manifold(dual plane) . Looking to use a 100 shot and work my way up to 200 with a single plane by next summer. I'm looking for advice on parts I need to get that don't come with the kit. I have the motor out right now to change the rear
main seal and while I have the pan off I'm going to take a look at the bearings. The motor has 5000 street miles on it. Thanks

well you can make what you got work BUT if you want bullet proof you can,get a by pass fuel pressure regulator to keep the fuel at a steady fuel pressure,low fuel pressure safety switch,a temperature operated bottle warmer or nano,retard box or digital 6(it's got a retard function) maybe a rpm window switch so your nitrous isn't going if you break a drive shaft or when your cranking it over with your foot on the floor(with a full throtle switch) thinking its flooded(lol buddy burried his tach doing this).oh and a blow down tube.

doesn't the cheater start at 150hp?
150 is still safe to start with, if the kit starts at 150 don't go and get smaller jets for it.

all that stuff is cool......but, I'd skip the "nano".. money better spent elsewhere.
also no need for a return style regulator a holley 803 is all you need.
and the FPSS is a 50/50 call in my book. get a good gauge and "look at it".

I have that same kit from amazon.com.. I couldn't believe it came with the bottle for that price...lol
