Could someone help me with a suggestion of what plugs to use. I have a carbed 6.0 LS which is my daily driver and I plan on using it at the track with a 200 shot. I know I'll need colder plugs with the Nitrous,But am wondering where to start. Thanks for any help. Also what to gap them at.

lets start with what you have now, have they been reading o.k. ?
and are you planning to start at a 200hp jetting or work your way up?
I would think to (@ 200) start at least a couple of range's colder than what work's good n/a and go from there ..
a non projected tip with a good fat ground strap at .035 ...take a few shots at it ..read the plug and adjust from there.
here's a chart that may help you cross plug type's and heat range's

Thanks Matt I really don't even know where to start. Since its my daily driver, just cruising without the juice. Being carbed not FI.TR5 NGK was suggested and am trying those now. My Quick Fuel just wouldn't work. I have ordered a Pro Systems which is on the UPS truck as I write this. Should have it by wednesday. With the quick fuel even setting at idle it blew black smoke and with in 6 to 8 miles plugs were black and the engine was starting to miss. This was with AC plugs. We adjusted the air /fuel mix downsized jets to no avail. Was wondering if anyone else had experience with a LS carbed motor. Thanks Steve

was the quick fuel a new carb?...I run 2 850 pro form/quick fuel right from the box ..no problem.
I am a SBC old style guy so ...but I have had great luck with the autolite AR style plug's.
had been using AR3932 (long reach) for a 250hp shot..holding up fine.
what C/R are you running?

Yea it was brand new Q 850 drag Quick Fuel. Now I feel kinda dumb.......? C/R ?? I always had a SBC also. But this LS is a different deal. Also its been 29 years since I have been involved with any kind of performance stuff. A young guy in town has a 55 Chevy wagon and last night was his best run 9.12 @149 MPH. 406 with Nitrous. He also works at a parts store. He uses the NGK's. So that was his suggestion. But then again I'm not sure because it seems the LS is sometimes different. Steve

what's the compression ratio?.....C/R. ngk's will work just fine.. they just need a few run's on them before they start to show a reading.

Like I said "DUMB". It's 9 to 1 . I wanted 10 to 1 but the shop that ordered my pistons didn't check the heads and I ended up with 9's. Thats ok everyone says nitrous likes lower compression. Steve Sr.

I also had some questions with spark plugs. I am new to useing Nitrous and i have recently bought a NOS sniper kit for my 2002 a4 1.8t quattro and was wondering what plugs i should run with the nitrous and what gap they should have...i am currently running a 35 shot but i have the 50 and 75 shot as well... i have never heard of reading plugs.
