I use an Autometer mechanical gauge that I mounted in my center console. I want to go to an electric, but don't have the $$ for that yet.

This is in a friends Lotus Elise.

Actually, it isn't anymore, he switched it out for an AFR gauge for his S/C setup.

good pic though.

BTW the light at the bottom showed him when the bottle was active IIRC. It may have meant the heater was active.

I got an electric (in-dash) gauge from SpeedHut.com. You can design the exact gauge face you want, but they don't have a lot of font choices.

Definately electrical, I wouldn't think of having a mechanical gauge sitting right in front of me, that could cost you your ass.

If you are going to use a mechanical gauge and are concerned with the line rupturing and filling the car with nitrous there is something you can do. Use a jet fitting where you tee off of the main line and put a .014 restrictor jet in it. You will still be able to read pressure but if the line does break the jet will keep any real volume from coming out

I run an electric dynotune.org gauge. They have round and rectangular digital electric gauges. Very accurate and easy to read at a glance.
