Does it have a fuel pressure shut off ?
I only ask since its only about 1/2 gallon of fuel.
Nice sneaky set-up.

nah no pressure shut off, my friend has the harris speed works fuel cell thats about the same as this and he can make many many dragstrip passes with a 200 shot and it barely uses any fuel.

The fuel doesn't eat through the plastic? And this passes tech inspection? As mentioned above ........... Very Sneaky!!

it wont pass tech, no way haha.
we have used windsheild washer tanks before for fuel with no problem of the gasoline eating it. almost every plastic container is fuel safe.
now, if its NHRA legal is a totally other story lol

after looking at your set up... :0..why is it that you need a seprate fuel system for the nitrous ?
I'd be supprized if your car would pass tech...I see many problem's.
Matt.

it was running out of fuel in high gear, and we plan to spray even more

LOL I love it!
What kind of shot are you running on what appears to be a painfully old stock motor?
denmah

it makes nearly 200rwhp lol

i think that is a pretty nifty idea and if you routed the lines and placed the pump in the right spots it would pass tech inspection because they wouldnt know lol.
you could just route the lines into the cowl area like the washerfluid line would and place the pump in there and then have the line exit under the cowl near the existing fuel lines somewhere and have it go to the nozzle.

Umm Yaaaaaa. Tech guys do not like it when you try hide something on them because you know it's now NHRA legal or especially if it's not safe. A good way to get banned from your local track for a year or longer.

yea i know but it doesnt look like he goes to the track to often so itd fool whoever looks at the car

fuel system is working great, car needs much smaller jets now on the fuel side, going to get some smaller jets and top off the bottles and go back to the dyno or wideband it on the track

way more fuel than estimated or calculated with a nitrous calculator.
4-5psi and 1100psi nitrous pressure it says to do like 68 and a 68 together, fuel and nitrous...
you can see on motor its rich, green line, wich we should fix, but who cares because its a nitrous car, might be why it goes rich up top though even on spray
the 67 and 73 fuel starter jet was wayyyy rich, we dropped it down to the smallest jet we have for the plate, and it was a nice 13.0 then drops off rich as it goes.
but the good thing is its never made power that high in the rpm band before without falling off, so its working great, cant wait to get the car to the track and see how it does, we will do some jet swapping at the track and see how the mph and times do, since we all know thats the best way to tune! haha

we are gunna hit it with a fresh bottle, and the setup how it is now and see how it does down the track, this car loves a 14.0 AFR
