Something isnt working or i dont have something set up properly. I have the microedge with the interface set up spraying a ~85 shot on my LS2. I took it out yesterday and when i tried it the first time it sprayed like a millisecond and quit. I heard the psssssttt sound when the solenoid opened. I took it back home and set the microedge to test the solenoid and i unscrewed the hose from the outlet of the solenoid and at wide open throttle the solenoid opened fine and purged the line out. So i believe the system is wired up properly. And plus I took my time on it to make sure that it was right. I took it out again today and tried it after overlooking everything just to see what it would do and i couldnt get it to do anything. I brought it back home and purged the line again. The solenoid opens fine when testing it.
I think its the settings with the microedge because I noticed the microegde is not displaying "spray" when it is supposed to spray. It displays "trigger". When i test the system it displays "spray".
I have it set up to spray in file 1 in second and third gear only from 3000 to 6000 rpm with the lowest gear set to 1. Im using the stock o2 sensor set to .450 volts and the leanout set to .10sec.
I have the shift rpm set to 4500rpm and the drop rpm set to 1000rpm and the reset set to 2000 rpm. I have a video of a 0-100 run i did a while back here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bC2lJ1zrbo4 so maybe you can tell me if my settings look ok? Im not sure what to try to get it to spray so let me know what you think.

I did another experiment. With the nitrous bottle off and the line purged/disconnected from bottle. I armed the system and took off. The microedge displayed "spray" instead of "trigger" when it was supposed to spray and when the car hit second it bogged down from the interface doing its job i immediately let off. I guess the microedge is shutting it down for whatever reason. But what gets me is with the bottle on it doesnt spray at all. It doesnt even start to spray before it shuts down. I reset my o2 shutdown to .400 volts and my delay to .05 seconds and that didnt make a difference. what would cause it to do this? My o2 voltage is about .950-1.00 volts under wide open throttle N/A.

I think i figured it out but its raining today so i cant test it. I think my shift rpm and drop rpm is wrong. I think i need to set the shift rpm higher because its not dropping a 1000rpm under the shift rpm when it shifts. Tell me if im wrong

yes, that's where it can get tricky. If the unit doesn't read a shift, it will not spray, so you may have it. Sounds like it's wired right, just some fine tuning is all that's needed. i test mine into buckets in the garage. I just set the on/off real low for 1st gear to makes sure the basic set-up is wired correctly. with the on/off rpms set real close I have good control sitting static. I think we could even mimic shifts statically too?

Yeah... thats a good idea testing it like that. I reset my rpm points and i will give it a try later on this week.
I dont see why we couldnt mimic the shifts. Just rev it up at the lower test settings and let it drop and rev it up again. Pretty good idea i might give that a try before i take it back out.
