some nozzles only accept NX style jets. some can accept both NX and NOS style jets. the stem is longer on the NOS style ets.

im using the NEX nozzle right now... but i alos happen to have the NOS nozzle. Which one will accept the edelbrock jetting by the way because i found a jetting here but i think its edelbrock

i think the edelbrock uses NX style jets.

i have these two jettings and the difference is that the bottm part where u drop in the nozzle is kind of a little smaller and longer than the nex one will that be okay? and if i use the NOS nozzle what jetting size will i need to run a 50 shot? okay i found this and edited my post found it at edelbrock website
SUPER VICTOR DIRECT PORT JET PACK - This kit was developed for the Super Victor Direct Port Nitrous System and includes 56 jets, 8 each of .020", .024", .028", .032", .036", .040", and .044". Edelbrock CNC-machined stainless steel jets won't erode like brass jets and maintain precise dimensions for accurate and safe hp gains. Use this kit to fine tune your nitrous system for maximum performance. Will also work with most other brands of nitrous systems (except NX).
the jettings wont fit NX so if i use the NOZ nozzle i can use this jetting because this is the only kind i cna find on island right now

doesn't matter what nozzle you are using, you still use the same jet numbers.

I'm not sure how many psi your fuel system is set for...

But here is a link to the Jet calculator on the Ny-trex website

http://ny-trex.com/calculator.php

All you have to do is find out the fuel pressure of your vehicle. Base it off your nitrous pressure being 950psi. Type in the nitrous jet size (probably around .035 is where you should start). Lastly, the number of nitrous jets (I think I saw you post somewhere else on here and you have a basic wet kit...so you only have 1 nitrous jet)

Fuel Pressure - ???
Nitrous Pressure - 950
Nitrous Jet Size - .035
Number of Nitrous Jets - 1

Once you enter this info, hit calculate and it will tell you the fuel jet size needed for your application to use with the .035 jet and the estimated horsepower.

Fuel Jet Size Needed:
Predicted HP:
Actual HP to wheels:

The Predicted HP is the "shot"... If you keep adjusting the nitrous jet size and recalculate, you will see the information change. I use to keep jets for a 35, 50, 75, and 85 "shot" on my previous vehicle. You can always buy jets for different size shots, so don't limit yourself.

Edelbrock jets are the same as NOS jets, the N/X style jets have a fatter shank so you would have to swap the jet fittings around or if you have NOS style jet fittings you can drill them out to accept a N/X style jet.
