Hi sir, I'm Bob. I was reading through your signature and was wondering about a few of your future mods...
1. Why only 5 lug swap in the front?
2. Hows come the 9 inch rear? I know guys running deep into the 10's on 8.8 still with posi units in them(rebuilt and strenthened...)
3. Supercharger AND lots of nitrous? What kinda block are you building on?
4. 3.73's will never work unless you've got a Viper 6speed behind that bellhousing...
5. Suspension Ideas?
Not knocking your choices or anything, just wanted to start a conversation with a mustang guy about a build up...:thumb_yello:

ive made a few changes since i made that sigim only doing the 5 lug swap u front because a 9in rear is already a 5 lug. Im gonna use a 9in instead of an 8.8 cause i have a 66 mustang and it would take alot to make an 8.8 fit and they made 9in for this model year so they will just drop right in. I am no longer planning on using a supercharger i changed my mind to a turbo cause it will be capable of more power with my application aling with a triple TBI EFI intake. I am planning on either using a 200 or 250 Inline 6 motor with either forged or billet internals. I also am planning to use around a 4.10 gear instead of the 3.73's cause they were just an idea if i kept it a street car which i might not. Last not but least i havnt quite decided on what exactly ill run for suspension but i am gonna use coil overs at all 4 corners i just havnt figured out which coil over kit im gonna use yet.
I hope that answered your questions

OK, the 9' rear end makes sense now, so your gonna use a straight six? hmm interesting, i like it though with the turbo, I still think your using too high a gear for that much power in a five speed...but we'll see when you get there...
As for suspension, I dont know with a 66, coil overs and adj upper/lower control arms is a def., maybe a K-member up front, I know they come with the coil overs in some kits, but i dont know, UPR is usually who we deal with, and were starting to get into PA but there having Management disagreements (the two guys who started the company are fighting over the name)...Sounds like its gonna be a very unique car...
