excellent news...the forum has been updated and is now fully functional. There are still some bugs i'm working on (refill station map is giving me a headache at the moment...but it'll get fixed).

Here's some additions I hope everyone takes advantage of:

First, Multiquote.

When you get involved in a long thread, it gets to be a pain to copy and paste each post that you want to respond to. So, Multiquote was created to help you with this. Under each post, you'll see this icon: http://nitrousforum.com/forums/images/buttons/red/multiquote_off.gif click that, and it will turn red...like so http://nitrousforum.com/forums/images/buttons/red/multiquote_on.gif indicating that when you click "post reply", it will quote that post, and each post that you click the + icon on.

Next is reputation. On each post, you will see this icon: http://nitrousforum.com/forums/images/buttons/red/reputation.gif
This system is designed to allow others to respond in a positive (or negative!!) way to posts that you make. In other words, if you make an outstanding posts (and there are plenty out there), you can get points added to your "reputation". And on the flip side, when you make posts that piss others off, you can also get hit with negative rep points. Each and every member starts out with 10 rep points.
All I ask is that you don't abuse the system. If you feel that you've been hit with an unfair negative reputation point, please PM me and I will make necessary adjustments.

To view your rep points, just go to your User control panel (second from the right, Quick Links > User Control Panel)

Bob i sure did get you added to the map...but 2 days later i started on updates and now i'm having compatibility issues with the map. It will be back up soon. I'll let you know when it is :)

The stars under the names were a ranking system i was testing out. the way it's working now is by posts...the more posts you have, the more stars you have.

a bunch of new smilies!! :thumb_yello:

I also made a way for you to choose your favorite smilies. that way, they're always right there for you to just click and insert. You can modify your favorite smilies in your User Control Panel > Edit Favorite Smilies
