I've been useing nitrous for alittle while now and want
to step up to a bigger shot, but can't be running 100oct everyday;
Can you guys give me some opinions on how to run a fuel cell and
use it ONLY when the nitrous is activated?

Any diagrams or actual pictures would be a big help.
thanks.

well, what car? basically most people use a 1 gallon fuel cell. get either a high or low pressure fuel pump to feed the fuel solenoid. run a wire from your main arming switch to the fuel pump. that way, when you arm the nitrous system, you also turn on the fuel pump.

Does it matter what fuel pump I use?
What do the rule books say about it? I run on the track allot
with this car and need to pass tech.

How long does a 1 gallon tank usually last?
No return line?
Thanks.

How would I wire it? Wireing is like chinese to me.

i would say u would need a return line but im now sure and this is the same plan when i got for a big shot of the giggle gas

A lot depends on the kit you are using. If it is a direct port or a plate system something that would be run at low pressure then a Holley blue pump would be more than enough for any nitrous kit you would use and the regulators that come with that pump are very good. With that pump you would not need a return line it can be run as a dead head setup. As far as wiring I would use a relay to turn the pump on when ever the nitrous is armed.

It's a single point injector at the throttle body. (EFI)
Running a 50 shot and would like to go as high as 150 on a direct
port.

I'd like the cell to be in
the trunk if that's posable.

Has anyone done this one here?
Thanks for the help.

ok, got to ask again. what kind of car?

you can put the fuel cell in the trunk if you want. i would use a low pressure pump like the holley blue pump as mentioned. a return line isn't necessary at 7 psi. hell, my ls1 cars are returnless and they are at 58 psi. so, the fuel solenoids are handling it just fine.

all you need for wiring would be a power wire off the main arming switch to a relay. then finish up the relay wiring. whoever did you wiring for the nitrous kit you have now should be capable of doing this.

Sorry, it's a 1990 bmw 325i.
I want to keep the fuel pressure at 43psi since that's what
I'm useing and don't want to change jet ratio.

I didn't wire my kit with a relay so it can't be simpler than that :P
Thanks for the help.

Does it need to have special lines or anything like that? Any
rediculous rules so I can pass tech, or should I not worry about it and
get any cell from jegs?
