Small world, I live in Elkridge. Yeah, Capitol kinda sucks, but it's not that bad really. For test and tune nights, it's decent. Cecil County is a better track, but it's a little ways away (it's off of exit 100 off 95 if I remember correctly). I havn't raced there yet, but I went to watch a few months ago, and it's a good track. Maple Grove in PA is a nice track, NHRA runs top-fuels there, but I've only watched there also. And it's a haul. I've never been to MIR, but hear it's cool.
