hi im totally new with nitrous and all that
i put the set in on my own and it works
it runs with 22f and 26n jets but at 5000rpm it seems like it reaches the limit but thats at 6000rpm am i running to rich with the fuel

Do you have an A/F gauge? There's really no way to accurately tell if you're running too lean or too rich unless you have some sort of exhaust meter to analyze the air-fuel ratio. A good quality wideband A/F guage is a great investment for anyone.

no there is no gauge on the bottle but i find it strange that without injecting nitrous i can go to 6000rpm in every gear and with the nitrous i have to change gear at 5000rpm because i loose power there bangs in the exhaustpipe could it be the sparkplugs or octane of the fuel

do you know what your fuel pump is rated for? does it sound like a penny is rattling around in your engine at 5k? you might be running out of fuel pump at 5k and detinating. have you checked you spark plugs yet?

A wideband A/F meter wouldn't go on the bottle. It goes in your exhaust to tell you what the burnt air/fuel mixture is. That can tell you a lot about how the engine is running.

Are you running premium fuel at a minimum? Did you go one step colder on the spark plugs when you started using the juice?

Dollars to doughnuts you are too rich. First off you have the 35hp nitrous jet with the 50hp fuel jet. Secondly it seems that at times Holley can really come up with some goofy jetting. Looking at the jetting charts for the Sniper efi kit I can't see how they expect it to run on any car. The old jetting for a kit of that type would be 34/18 for 35-40hp and 37/22 for 50hp and this was for 40-45psi. Now that a lot of cars are running 50-60psi even the old jettings will be rich. The first thing I would do is put the 30 jet in with the 22 you currently have on the fuel, but even that is most likely going to be rich. If the car responds well to this I would go up on the nitrous jet. I would not go above a 37 with out having a wide band hooked up just to be safe.

the fuelpump delivers a pressure of 3bar/43psi
there is no sound like a penny, its seems like the rpm-limiter kicks in or something like that
the tank is full it runs on euro95 and didnt checked the plugs
but with the n20calc its says with 43.5psi and 950psi with jetsize 26 the fuel should be 15 the guy where i bought it said 22f and 26n and i have 18 24 30 36 should i try the 18 jet

ckecked the sparkplugs today they are brown of color
the sparkplugs are Eyquem rfc50l22e should i change them
ive changed the fuel jet from 22 to 18 with the 26n jet but didnt noticed any changes it seems slower maybe the bottlepressure is to low there is no gauge on it so have to order it then it will take a month or three before its here

Make sure the bottle is between 85-90 degrees that should give you the proper amount of pressure.

Yeah you can get an NOS bottle heater they run about $130 dollars. If you are having a hard time finding them local try www.nitroussuply.com they can send over seas, it can be a bit pricey but they can do it.

oke with the 22f 30n jets it works fine i dont hear strange noises
the manual says these jets are for 50hp can i take it a step further ive got 24f 36n as spare so because 50hp is more than fifty% of the engine hp i dont want to blow it up haha

:ops::eeek: You really did blow a hole in it !!!!!
I suppose if you still have the pieces that blew out you could glue it back up. Although it would never be as good as the original.

Looks like you'll need a new manifold, how much are they worth??? Might be cheaper to get a second hand one from a wrecker?
